QuickGrab Withdrawal Fee Structure

We use a simple percentage-based fee structure for withdrawals:

For withdrawals between 50 XAF and 100,000 XAF:
Fee: 1.5% of your withdrawal amount

For withdrawals above 100,000 XAF:
Fee: 1% of your withdrawal amount

How To Calculate Your Fee

It's easy to know how much you'll pay in fees:

1. Check your withdrawal amount and identify the applicable fee percentage.
2. Multiply your withdrawal amount by the fee percentage.
3. The result is your withdrawal fee.

Example 1

If you withdraw 10,000 XAF:

Your withdrawal falls within the 50 - 100,000 XAF range.
The fee is 1.5% of your withdrawal amount.

10,000 XAF × 1.5% = 150 XAF fee

You will receive 9,850 XAF (10,000 XAF - 150 XAF).

Example 2

If you withdraw 200,000 XAF:

Your withdrawal is above 100,000 XAF.
The fee is 1% of your withdrawal amount.

200,000 XAF × 1% = 2,000 XAF fee

You will receive 198,000 XAF (200,000 XAF - 2,000 XAF).
