How to Load Your Card Using Quick Grab

Loading your Visa or MasterCard using Quick Grab is fast and easy. Follow these simple steps to top up your card in just a few minutes:

Step 1: Sign Up or Log In

Start by Signing Up or Sign In into your Quick Grab account. Make sure you use your correct details to access your dashboard.

Step 2: Select “Visa/Master Cards”

Once you’re logged in, navigate to the menu and select “Visa/Master Cards” to get started with your card loading process.

Step 3: Choose “Load Card”

Click on “Load Card” and then select “Load New Card” to begin entering your card details.

Step 4: Select load method

• If it is your first time loading a card using QuickGrab, select "Load New Card".
• If have loaded a card your card before, select "Load Existing Card"

Step 5: Enter Your Card Details

Note: If you selected "Load Existing Card", please skip this step.

Fill in the required card information:

• Card Holder Name: This refers to the name on the card.
• First Six Digits: The first six found at the front of your prepaid card. These first six digits are part of a 20-digit long number.
  
  - For example: 7283 32xx xxxx xxxx
  - The first six digits in this case is 728332
  
• Last Four Digits: Just as the first 6 digits, the last 4 found at the front of your prepaid card and are part of a 20-digit long number.
• Client ID: Your client ID is at the back of your card. It begins with "00" and is exactly 10 digits long

After entering the details, click the Next button to continue.

Step 6: Enter the Amount and Review

Type in the amount you wish to load onto your card. Carefully review all your information to ensure it is accurate before proceeding.

Step 7: Choose a Payment Method

Select your preferred payment method from the available options, then confirm and complete the transaction.

Once the payment is successful, your card will be recharged instantly!
