How to load a card using the chatbot

The QuickGrab chatbot can be used to recharge any UBA/Access bank prepaid card or any affiliate of UBA/Access bank prepaid card.

Step1: language

Select your preferred language.

Step2: login/register

Enter your email.

Enter the secure login code that will be sent to your email and select the service you want.

Step3: card information

Enter your client ID.

Enter the card holder name.

Enter the first six digits of the card.

Enter the last four digits of the card.

Step4: amount

Enter the amount you'd like to load.

Step5: payment

Choose payment method.

Confirm the transaction.
